SMARTCEL TECHNOLOGY –

Cosmetic grade zinc oxide (ZnO) has been incorporated into the TENCEL fibre following a patented process and remains after repeated washing. The essential mineral zinc oxide provides cosmetic, regenerative, skin protection and in addition odour-reducing and antibacterial benefits.

Physically stops water from passing through the membrane, and acts like a second skin. The membrane is hydrophilic, and guarantees a higher long-term waterproofness, compared to microporus membranes that are made from small interconnecting pores.
TENCEL FIBRE –

TENCEL Lyocell fibres are made using an environmentally responsible closed loop production process, which transforms wood pulp into cellulosic fibres with high resource efficiency and low ecological impact. This process recycles process water and reuses the solvent at a recovery rate of more than 99%.
The fibres are softer than silk, more absorbent than cotton, and cooler than linen. The TENCEL Lyocell fibres have an incredibly smooth fibre structure, making it the ideal solution for those with sensitive skin and eczema.
